During an AUX04 class, I took a course concerning e-mail and password security issues. I think that one of the suggestions was that they discouraged e-mail forwarding. I am concerned about members of my Division sending forwards, about non-Auxiliary issues, containing a full list of their e-mail contacts, Auxiliary and personal. I can't find any policy or recommendations about this. Are you aware of any?

I have received email from members about Auxiliary business that have an advertisement and logo of the senders' private business in the body of the note. Is this permissible? Is this situation addressed in the manual?
Unfortunately, some people use "free" services that inject a message in their e-mail.
Nothing can be done - ignore the advertisement.
